For Sale by Owner Program
also known as a "Limited Representation", or a "Flat Fee Listing".
This program allows you still be in charge of the sale of your home and save money by doing many of the things a Realtor would normally do for you. You will do your own Open Houses and advertising. You will do your own showings and negotiations.
$299 PROGRAM
We will provide:
RMLS input for up to 6 months
Your property will be listed on a minimum of 5 of the following websites: REALTOR.COM, RMLS.COM, RealEstate-byDesign.com, Yahoo, Google Base, Trulia, Oodle, Local.com, AOL Real Estate, CyberHomes and Zillow.
You are allowed up to 12 pictures on RMLS. Please provide at least one exterior of front of the home as well as any interior and exterior pictures you wish to be used.
Upon request, We will provide forms needed ie: Earnest money agreement, Promissary note etc.
$399 PROGRAM
Same as the $299 program, PLUS the use of a lockbox, 50 colored flyers, use of flyer box, and use of complimentary yard sign.
All programs require Seller to pay the buyer's agent a commission of a minimum 2% (3% recommended), If a buyer is represented by a Buyers Agent.
If at any time you wish to change your listing to a full listing and have us fully represent you and do all your advertising we would be happy to change the contract and credit you the amount already paid at close of escrow.
